In his long career as a mountaineer, Toti has received awards for his high-level activities, both from the FEDME and the FEEC and some of his most outstanding achievements are the opening of the routes: Costa Brava (7b / A4) in Monte Harrison Smith from Canada (1990); Mora Mora (700 m, 8b + / c) with Francisco Blanco in Madagascar (1999); Life is beautiful (1,000 m, 8a +) with Edu Marín on the north face of the Kjerag in Norway (2005); and Reflexes nocturns (1,480 m, 7a) in the Gran Catedral del Baltoro (2006).
Toti Vales, a High Mountain Guide IFMGA/UIAGM accreditation, a passionate climber and former coach of the Spanish National Climbing team. Based in the Catalan Pyrenees and Montserrat. After many years in the business, he loves climbing, mountaineering and ski mountaineering in winter. He is specialist in climbing and trekking, especially in the Andes and Himalayas. Toti has been part of high-caliber expeditions in less explored areas. Guide by vocation, restless and motivated by nature, he has traveled much of the planet in search of sensations full of emotion and originality. Toti has taken our clients to the highest peaks of the Pyrenees, Alps, Himalayas, African Atlas and Andes. In addition to providing his services to Pahadi Bakra Adventures, Toti currently directs the Mountaineering Technification Center of Catalonia.
